• A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to confirm the booking.
• 2nd payment of $1,500 to be paid 90 days after booking was made.
• Outstanding amount on package payable before departure.
• A deposit payment for outside accommodation and excursions may be required depending on the itinerary given at the time, as well as what % deposit should be paid to secure the booking/excursions.
• Extra animals and remaining balance of excursions to be paid after safari before departure.
• Taxidermy to be paid 4 months after safari.
• Animal exchanges within a package are not permitted, however additional animals may be added according to the price list.
• Prices of specific species may be subject to change if dates are modified.
• Cancellations or changes to your travel dates must be made at least 8 months prior to the original safari date. Should you fail to communicate before 8 months you will forfeit all already paid.
• Any date changes must be made in writing, 8 months before your original safari date.
• Deposit payments made on top of the non-refundable $500 deposit sign up, will be refunded if it falls under the valid conditions given on a legal document more than 8 months before original safari date.
• No modification, amendment, or waiver of any term of this Booking Terms & Conditions document shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
• Date changes can only be moved once and you will forfeit everything already paid if you want to cancel or move again.
• All bookings made and confirmed within 8 months before original safari date and then cancelled is strictly non-refundable.
• A 3.5% fee will be applied to card payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Zelle payments, cheques made out, and payments made into US bank accounts.
• A 3.5% fee will not be charged if payments are made into the South African bank accounts.
• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is available upon request.
• We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance as the full amount remains payable should you cancel within 8 months of your original safari date without a valid reason for cancellation.
• Whether a cancellation reason is deemed valid shall be determined at the exclusive discretion of the Outfitter, whose decision shall be final and binding.
